There will be 52 “pamphlets” published here during 2024. A new one each Saturday*. These will be collected in a book, published early 2025, funded by The Benefaktor. Send your 800, 1200 or 1,600 words to 100percentvinyl2@gmail.com. Pictures will also be viewed favourably, but no more than two images per piece.

* Update 27 April 2024: This plan has now changed – the pamphlets arrived rather faster than I imagined. As a result they have been published more frequently than planned. At the current rate the project will conclude on 23 July 2024.

If your blog is selected, you will be sent a copy of the pamphlet personalised by GANTOB, by post. Everybody else will be able to read it in blog format.

A copy of each of the pamphlets published up until 24 August will also be given away in book and record drops during The Battle of Perth. This will be held in Stirling, Scotland, on 27 August 2024. Books and records given away will be available in charity shops in Stirling until they are not. Further details will be made available by the end of June 2024.(#)

(#) The project will be over with the publication of the third book – estimated to be 23 July 2024. Therefore the Battle of Perth will not take place, on 27 August or any other date.

There will be no more than 52 copies of the book published. The precise number will depend on the number of contributors. Each contributor will be sent a copy of the book, free of charge. There will also be copies for copyright libraries and, if relevant, The KLFRS Board. There will be no copies available to buy.

There is no constraint on topic, but pamphlets that continue the GANTOBverse are likely to be viewed favourably. If GANTOB, or deputies acting on her behalf, find your submission interesting, it will be included, unless the number of submissions makes that impossible. Date of final submission will be updated in due course, but currently it is 27 December 2024.(+)
