Book 2 (GANTOB’s 2023: A trilogy) cover art

*****THIS INVITATION IS NOW CLOSED AS THE BOOK IS PUBLISHED. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MAKE AN ARTISTIC CONTRIBUTION THOUGH – CONTACT DETAILS BELOW.*****

On 23 January 2024 I hope to be posting out kopies of the sekond GANTOB book. As well as my skribbles, it will feature original writing from Bill Drummond, The (late) Tillerman of the KLFRS, Little Grapefruit, Curt Finks (real and bootlegged), The Foundation Doktor, The Observer, previously unpublished writing by The Philatelist, 17 talented GANTOBers kontributing as part of December 2023’s #Demokratisation. Oh, and of course The Benefaktor (unless I can find a way of exkluding some of his pieces).

I am hoping that the combined talents of the artists and graphic designers among the GANTOB sorority (and fraternity of course) can produce four kollages of GANTOB-inspired art for the front and inside kovers of the book (which will be A5, around 200 pages).

It’s time to make your artistik kontribution

If you’re interested, please have a look through the multitude of original art on gantob.blog, and the GANTOB Twitter/X, Instagram and YouTube accounts, or even produce your own original art. Remember that many of the blogs have “featured images” that you only see by clicking on the title.

Please do not use photos or images that are clearly not original GANTOB-inspired art (e.g. photos of birds from RSPB – I have included credits as far as possible so you should be able to see which images to avoid). And when possible please use the highest resolution images available.

There is no payment, unless you are not yet on the list to receive a copy of the book (in which case you will be added to the list). Your work will be fully acknowledged and you will have the warm glow that you have made an important kontribution to GANTOB (the projekt) and The KLFRS.

Email your submission by 16 January 2024 to 100percentvinyl2@gmail.com

Go to the main GANTOB blog page (remember that there’s a navigation menu at the very top too)
